A refreshing and creamy Mango Pineapple Smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. This smoothie blends frozen tropical fruits with milk and yogurt for a nutritious, flavorful drink that's easy to customize with optional protein and superfood add-ins.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ - 1 large frozen banana (start with ½ a frozen banana and add more if desired)
  • ½ cup milk (almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, or regular cow's milk)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative like almond milk yogurt or coconut yogurt)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 – 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 – 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Place the frozen mango pieces, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen banana, milk, and Greek yogurt into a high-speed blender. If using optional add-ins such as collagen, chia seeds, hemp hearts, or protein powder, add them as well.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust the texture by adding more milk for a thinner smoothie or adding more frozen fruit or ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
  3. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and freshness.

Notes

  • Use frozen bananas and fruits to ensure a thick and chilled smoothie without the need for ice.
  • Choose dairy-free milk and yogurt alternatives to make the smoothie vegan and dairy-free.
  • Adjust the amount of banana depending on the desired thickness and sweetness.
  • Optional add-ins can boost the nutritional profile, adding protein and omega fatty acids.
  • Serve immediately after blending for best texture and flavor.
